About

Work with a human, not an agency.

Hey, I’m Carina . Web Designer, long-time inner Westie, Coffee Enthusiast and your biggest Business Cheerleader!

Since starting my career in marketing in 2014, I have always worked in small businesses. I loved how much of an impact I was able to make by creating not only a beautiful website but a whole consistent online presence through many different channels.

This is why I am so passionate about working with small business owners. I truly believe that we are the best version of ourselves when we help other people. I feel incredibly lucky that I get to combine my passion for business with my desire to help others on a daily basis.

I love what I do for work, but my absolute favourite title I’ve earned since starting my career is ‘Mum’. I have two beautiful toddlers and love showing them the world.

My values

Community over Competition

In a world that sometimes pits us against each other, I believe that there’s room for everyone to shine. I’m here to connect, collaborate, and support other small business owners in my community.

Communication is key

You want your website to be the heart and soul of your business and need a great relationship with your designer to fulfill your vision. I explain the process and any technical terms in an approachable way that you will appreciate, even if you have no prior knowledge of websites. I will help you feel at ease during what can be an overwhelming process.

Strategy first

I am not here to sell you a generic website or copy a design of your competitors, but to focus on you. Your website is the best tool to position your business and communicate your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and I am here to make sure it does exactly that, by listening and understanding your needs.
About

Would we be a good match?

I love meeting and connecting with new people, but sometimes it just isn’t an instant match and that’s ok! I want to make sure I am the right person for your project. Are we a good match? I hope so. Let me help you decide…

Definitely yes, if:

You love your business and are passionate about what you do.
You are committed to the process and are willing to listen to my suggestions for your business.
You understand that this is a collaborative effort, we will be a team!
You understand that good design cannot always be rushed, and share my belief in getting it right, not just done.
Your business values align with mine (above) and you are kind, respectful and excited to get started!

Does this sound like you?

You do not value the time and effort that goes into a project and will try and haggle over pricing.
