Congratulations on your decision to take your business to the next level. I know the process of building a website can be overwhelming. If your business is new, there are steps to take in advance – do you have a Google listing? What about a domain name? Website hosting? What’s an SSL Certificate? I will guide you through all the web design related tasks and questions.
My approach provides clear expectations in each phase, a time-efficient process and recommendations with your businesses best interest at heart. In the end, you get a website that not only looks beautiful but also turns visitors into paying customers.

How it works
Free consultation
During the initial consultation you will tell me about your business, outline your online needs and together we will find out what service package suits you best.
PROPOSAL
I send you a detailed proposal including pricing, what to expect, the timeline of your project, a content guide and more.
Discovery
Next, we dive deep into your business. I provide you with a detailed questionnaire to make sure the design aligns with your values and your brand personality.
Content submission
To get started I require visual and written content. You can provide this yourself or choose a photography or copywriting add-on from my services.
Design Process
Now the fun part – I get to work! Once your content is submitted and you have paid a deposit, I will design your website.
Revisions
There are several opportunities for you to provide feedback. We will communicate frequently during this phase to make sure we’re on the same page.
Offboarding
This step includes a detailed document with all your login details, maintenance advice, training, as well as implementing the website transfer.
Launch
We’re live!! You now have a beautiful professional website that speaks to your audience.

Briefing Consultation
Domain Registration + Hosting (for 1 year) or domain transfer, if you have already purchased a domain
Content Questionnaire + Website Strategy
Website design mood board of imagery, colour palletes and fonts
Complete Web Design & Development
Installation of WordPress + Divi Theme (incl lifetime license)
Installation of necessary (free) plugins
SEO Plugin and page meta setup
Assistance with Google Business setup
Set up of Google Analytics (or analytics tool of your choice)
Assistance with Email Hosting (if required)
Responsive Design (Mobile compatible)
2 Revisions
Detailed Off-boarding documentation including logins, maintenance instructions, tutorials and more.
Ongoing expenses
Hosting
The cost of a domain and hosting is included for the first year. After 12 months, you will receive an invoice for the domain renewal and ongoing hosting plan. This will be charged per annum at market value (for a small website this ranges from $30-$50 per month). You can view the current prices here.
Maintenance
You can choose to maintain the website yourself or opt-in for my maintenance plan (pricing below).

Your website should be an extension of your brand. If you don’t have branding guidelines in place, or are starting a new business, I work with an amazing graphic designer to help you create an authentic visual brand.

My website maintenance packages are completely optional with no lock-in contract. I’m all for empowering small business owners to understand and be able to manage their own websites, but I also understand that you’re busy. If you prefer not to manage your own website, you can choose from one of my packages below. You can cancel the maintenance package at any time.
